Enclosures can be supplied in a full range of sizes to suit the Ziegra range of ice machines
and are
supplied with an internal flange for fixing down to a prepared
concrete base or, alternatively on a steel base with steel floor.

CONSTRUCTION
Ziegra plant rooms are manufactured from glassfibre reinforced
polyester, encapsulating a 12mm or 18mm core. Where higher thermal or
acoustic properties are required pu foam is incorporated into the moulding
process.
FIRE RESISTANCE
Standard fire resistance is to BS476: Part 7, Class 2. Higher performance fire
rating can be specified.
DOORS
A full range of doors can be specified from single personnel doors to full height
double opening doors. Doors are reinforced with steel, encapsulated within the
glassfibre laminate and can be fitted into any appropriate sized walls.
Removable transom and sills can be fitted if required, along with a full range of
locking mechanisms. Door seals are fitted as standard.
FLOORS / BASES
Enclosures can be supplied either with an open base with internal reinforced
flange for fixing down or, alternatively, an integral composite construction floor.
Where load bearing floors are required, enclosures can be supplied on treated
frames manufactured from steel channel with steel plate decking.
INTERNAL FINISH
Either resin coated or washable textured flecked paint finish.
VENTILATION
A full range of ventilation is available, including weather louvres with GRP
cowls incorporating vermin and midge mesh. Forced ventilation / cooling can
be fitted where required.
